Mario Buccellati 800 Silver Coffee Tea Service With Tray.

The set was acquired from a single owner who bought it from the Buccellati store in the 1970’s. The surface of the silver has a special technique that only Buccellati mastered. It is called “SEGRINATO” where by the artisan uses an etching tool to create a textured surface which contrasts against the shiny polished surfaces.This is a very labor intensive process. The technique creates a stunning effect. It also has a side benefit in that it does not show fingerprints and requires very little maintenance.

Tray 21” L x 16” W

The service is in excellent condition and is VERY HEAVY.
